About Our Founder and CEO

My name is David Liebschutz. My first two jobs out of high-school before getting into Banking were in warehouses on a forklift. Efficiency and safety had to be learned at an early age, operating a variety of equipment in customer facing and fulfillment center sites. I remember seeing things everyday that just didn't quite look right, and sometimes cutting corners was a temptation. I remembered the lessons from my father who spent his career in the trades, and the simplicity of his motto "don't bleed" always stuck with me. 

The bulk of my career has been in Banking, in a variety of roles with responsibilities that included sales and operations management, audit and controls reporting, recruitment and hiring, and of course training and project management ranging from the local level to a 12 state territory. Being in leadership positions required me to constantly seek out the most efficient solutions for my team and clients, while never compromising on policy or sound judgement. Driving results is crucial but errors, customer complaints, and legal/regulatory issues undermine productivity like no other. In addition, these issues always have ripple effects on retention of staff at all levels, especially due to management burnout. I always felt that I was best equipped to serve my team and surpass goals when I didn't have nonsense on my plate, and I know that many others feel the same way.
